A hair transplant is a significant outlay, and most people do not pay for it in one go. Spreading the cost is straightforward, but it is worth understanding the options before you commit, because a permanent procedure deserves a decision made calmly rather than under pressure on the day.
What are the options?
Klarna offers 0% APR on up to £2,000, subject to status and eligibility, which suits patients covering part of the cost that way. Finance is also available across the full cost of treatment. Klarna and any other lender are the credit providers, not the clinic, and approval depends on their assessment rather than ours.
Many people simply pay by card, and some split the cost between a deposit and a balance settled before the procedure.
What should you check before committing?
Ask what the total repayable is, not just the monthly figure. Confirm whether the rate is genuinely 0% or promotional, what happens if you miss a payment, and whether there is any early settlement charge. A reputable clinic will hand you those answers without hesitation.
Be wary of anywhere that pushes finance before you have been assessed, or that makes a discount conditional on signing the same day. That is a sales tactic, not a clinical process.
Is the price fixed?
Ours is. Packages are priced by session size and technique: £3,500 or £4,450 for Sapphire FUE, £4,200 or £5,150 for DHI. There is no per-graft pricing, so the figure agreed at consultation is the figure you pay and the figure you finance. Per-graft models are harder to plan around, because the final count is decided during surgery.
Is it worth financing rather than waiting?
That is a personal judgement and we are not financial advisers. What we can say clinically is that hair loss is progressive, and an earlier assessment usually means more options, including protecting the hair you still have. Whether to borrow to bring that forward is entirely your call.
Frequently asked questions
Do you offer 0% finance?
0% APR is available up to £2,000 through Klarna, subject to status and eligibility. Finance can also cover the full cost. Klarna is the credit provider.
Is there a deposit?
A deposit secures your date, with the balance settled before the procedure. The exact structure is confirmed in writing at consultation.
Will applying affect my credit score?
That depends on the lender and the type of check they run. Ask the provider directly before applying; the clinic does not make lending decisions.
Does the consultation cost anything?
No. Consultation and assessment are free, with no obligation to proceed.
Book a free consultation at our Harley Street clinic and we will set out the full cost in writing. Finance is subject to status and eligibility; terms are provided by the lender.
