Mesotherapy in London
Fine micro-injections of a tailored skin cocktail to brighten, hydrate and refresh, targeted to your concern.
Finance available on the full cost, 0% APR up to £2,000 with Klarna (subject to status)
Mesotherapy delivers a customised blend of vitamins, amino acids, hyaluronic acid and other skin-conditioning ingredients into the skin through a series of fine micro-injections. Because the blend and the area are tailored, it can be directed at specific concerns: dull or tired skin, under-eye shadows, uneven tone, sun damage, enlarged pores or the appearance of scarring.
It is a treatment for skin quality rather than volume, and works best as a short course. Sessions at the clinic start from £250, confirmed at a private consultation.

What can mesotherapy treat?
At the clinic, mesotherapy is used for skin brightening, hydration, the appearance of fine wrinkles, pore refinement, sun damage and the look of scarring, as well as the under-eye area. The blend is chosen for your concern. Mesotherapy is also used on the scalp to support hair and scalp health, which sits within our hair restoration service.
How many mesotherapy sessions will I need?
Mesotherapy is usually given as a course, often around three to four sessions spaced two to three weeks apart, then maintained periodically. Skin quality treatments build gradually, so a course gives a better, longer-lasting result than a single session. Your plan is confirmed at consultation.
How does mesotherapy work?
Mesotherapy delivers a tailored blend of hydrating and skin-conditioning ingredients into the upper layers of the skin through a series of tiny injections. Placing them where they are needed, rather than applying them to the surface, is what makes the treatment effective at improving hydration, brightness and texture.
Is mesotherapy right for my skin?
It suits skin that looks tired, dull or dehydrated and would benefit from a quality boost rather than a change in shape. We assess your skin in person and explain whether mesotherapy on its own or as part of a short plan is the sensible choice for your concern.

Frequently asked questions
Does mesotherapy hurt?
Most people tolerate mesotherapy well. The injections are very fine and superficial, and numbing cream can be applied beforehand, especially for sensitive areas like under the eyes. You may feel small, brief pinches and have mild redness or tiny marks afterwards that settle quickly.
Is there downtime after mesotherapy?
Downtime is minimal. You may have mild redness, small injection marks or slight swelling for a day or so, and occasionally a small bruise. We advise avoiding make-up, alcohol, saunas and the gym for the rest of the day, and give aftercare advice tailored to the area treated.
When will I see results from mesotherapy?
Skin often looks brighter and better hydrated within a week, with clearer improvement in tone and texture building over a course of sessions. Because mesotherapy improves skin quality gradually, the result is a healthy, refreshed look that strengthens with each session rather than a sudden change.
How long do the results last?
Results build over a course of sessions and are then maintained periodically, because the treatment improves the skin gradually rather than in one go. We set out the likely course and upkeep for you at consultation.
Can mesotherapy be combined with other treatments?
Often, yes. It works well alongside other skin-quality treatments as part of a considered plan, and we build the right combination around your skin rather than treating everything at once.
