Not everyone with thinning hair needs, or is ready for, surgery. Understanding why your hair is shedding is the first step, because the right treatment depends on the cause. We assess your scalp and history, then talk through the options that genuinely suit you.
Some people benefit from non-surgical regenerative approaches to support existing hair, sometimes alongside a future transplant. Because these treatments vary by individual, we discuss them properly at a consultation rather than selling a fixed course in advance.

Why is my hair thinning?
Common causes include pattern hair loss, hormonal changes, stress, low iron or thyroid problems, and traction from tight styling. Some are temporary and reversible once addressed. An assessment helps separate these, so you are not treating the wrong thing.
What non-surgical hair loss treatments do you offer?
We offer a focused set of in-clinic treatments that aim to support the hair you still have, priced by session with a course option. Regenerative hair growth treatment, using growth factors from your own blood, is from £100 a session. Our advanced regenerative hair treatment, a stronger regenerative option, is from £400 a session. Hair mesotherapy, a nourishing scalp treatment, is from £120 a session.
These sit alongside lifestyle and medical factors worth correcting, and scalp micropigmentation where the look of density helps. The most suitable path is decided in person, and we are clear about what the evidence does and does not show. Prices for each treatment are on its own page, linked below.
Can these treatments prevent further hair loss?
They are best thought of as support and maintenance rather than a cure. Used early, and often in combination, they aim to strengthen and protect existing hair and slow the visible progress of thinning, which is why an early assessment matters. Pattern hair loss can still progress, so we plan realistically and review over time rather than promising to stop loss altogether.
How do we decide which treatment is right?
It starts with an honest assessment rather than a product list. We look at the cause, pattern and stability of your loss, your age and your goals, then explain the realistic options. Sometimes the right first step is supporting the hair you still have; sometimes it is a transplant; often it is a sensible combination, staged over time.
Can treatments work alongside a transplant?
Yes, and they often work best together. Supporting and protecting your existing hair helps safeguard a transplant result, and scalp micropigmentation can add the look of density or sharpen a hairline without surgery. We build a plan around your case rather than selling a single treatment.

Who is this for?
Frequently asked questions
Can hair loss be reversed without surgery?
Sometimes. Where thinning is early, or driven by a reversible factor such as low iron, stress or a scalp condition, non-surgical treatment and addressing the cause can help. Established pattern loss is harder to reverse, which is where a transplant may be discussed. An assessment guides which applies to you.
Do I need a transplant or non-surgical treatment?
It depends on the pattern, stability and cause of your loss, and your goals. Some people are best served by supporting existing hair first, others by surgery, and many by a combination. We give an honest recommendation at consultation rather than pushing a single route.
When should I seek help for hair loss?
Sooner is better. Early assessment means more options, including protecting the hair you still have. If you notice a widening parting, a receding hairline, or more shedding than usual, book a consultation so the cause can be identified and addressed early.
