Diagnostics & Blood Tests in London

Private blood tests, health screening and diagnostics at 19 Harley Street, with a clinician to explain what your results mean.

Finance available on the full cost, 0% APR up to £2,000 with Klarna (subject to status)

A test is only useful if it answers the right question and someone helps you understand the answer. Our diagnostics service offers private blood tests, health screening and other investigations, chosen around your symptoms or goals rather than a one-size-fits-all panel.

Samples are processed through accredited laboratories, results come back quickly, and a clinician talks you through what they mean and what, if anything, to do next. Diagnostics join up with the rest of the clinic, so a finding can be acted on straight away.

What tests and diagnostics do you offer?

Options include general health-check blood panels, specific tests such as thyroid, hormones, vitamin levels, cholesterol and blood sugar, and screening relevant to your age and history. Where imaging or further investigation is needed, we arrange it and bring the results together for you.

Which tests are worth doing depends on your symptoms and goals, so a short consultation first often saves you from paying for tests you do not need.

How quickly will I get my results?

Most blood test results are available within a few days, and often sooner, through our accredited laboratory partners. A clinician reviews them and explains the findings, rather than leaving you to interpret a page of numbers alone.

Will a doctor explain my results?

Yes. Every result is reviewed by a clinician, and we go through what is normal, what needs attention and what the sensible next step is. If something needs treatment or a referral, that is arranged within the clinic.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a referral for a private blood test?

No referral is needed. You can book directly, though a brief consultation first helps make sure the right tests are chosen for your symptoms or goals, so you are not paying for investigations that will not help.

Do I need to fast before a blood test?

It depends on the test. Some, such as certain cholesterol and glucose tests, need you to fast beforehand; many do not. We tell you exactly how to prepare when you book so your results are accurate.

Are your tests processed by accredited laboratories?

Yes. Samples are analysed by accredited laboratories to recognised standards, and results are reviewed by a clinician before being explained to you. This is what makes a result something you can act on with confidence.
