Hair Transplant Cost in London
Transparent, fixed pricing by package and technique, so you know the cost before you commit.
Finance available on the full cost, 0% APR up to £2,000 with Klarna (subject to status)
Hair transplant pricing is often vague, quoted per graft with the total only revealed at the hard sell. We do it differently: fixed prices by package and technique, so you can see where you stand from the start.
A smaller session (up to 3,000 grafts for men, or up to 1,500 for women and beard work) is £3,500 with FUE or £4,200 with DHI. A larger session is £4,450 (FUE) or £5,150 (DHI). Your package and graft count are confirmed at a free assessment.

What affects the cost of a hair transplant?
Two things set the price: your package (the number of grafts, which depends on the area you want covered and your pattern of loss) and your technique. DHI is more time-intensive than FUE and does not require shaving the recipient area, so it costs a little more. Our fixed package pricing keeps this simple, and there are no surprise per-graft add-ons at the end.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. You can spread the cost with Klarna at 0% interest up to £2,000, subject to status and eligibility, with Klarna as the credit provider. Finance is available on larger treatments too. We will talk through the options at your consultation.
What is included in the price?
Our fixed package prices cover the surgeon-led procedure in a CQC-regulated setting and your aftercare, with no per-graft add-ons revealed at the end. You are paying for a named, accountable surgeon and genuine follow-up, not just a graft count, which for a permanent, one-chance procedure is where the value really sits.
Is a cheaper transplant a false economy?
It can be. A low headline price that relies on high volume and limited aftercare sometimes leads to a result that needs correcting, and revision work is expensive and not always fully possible. Paying once for a considered, well-executed transplant is usually the cheaper route in the end.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a hair transplant in the UK?
At our clinic a smaller session (up to 3,000 grafts for men, or up to 1,500 for women and beard) is £3,500 with FUE or £4,200 with DHI, and a larger session is £4,450 (FUE) or £5,150 (DHI). These are fixed prices by package and technique, confirmed after a free assessment of your donor area and the grafts you need.
Why is a hair transplant cheaper in Turkey?
Lower running costs and very high volume make Turkey cheaper, but much of the work is often done by technicians with limited oversight, and aftercare ends when you fly home. In the UK you pay for a surgeon-led, regulated procedure with local follow-up. See our UK vs Turkey guide.
Can I pay monthly for a hair transplant?
You can spread the cost with 0% Klarna finance up to £2,000, subject to status, and finance is available on larger treatments too. We are clear about the options at consultation. We do not quote a specific monthly figure here, as that depends on the finance agreed.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The price is fixed by your package and technique and agreed before you commit, so there are no per-graft surprises or extras added on the day. Your exact package is confirmed at a free assessment.
Is finance available?
Yes. You can spread the cost with Klarna at 0% interest on eligible purchases up to £2,000, subject to status and eligibility, with Klarna as the credit provider. Finance is available on larger treatments too, and we talk through the options at your consultation.
