Asli Batten is a healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience across international healthcare systems, business operations and patient management. Having worked across Türkiye, the UK, Europe and emerging markets, she has developed a deep understanding of how healthcare systems differ and where meaningful improvements can be made.

Throughout her career she has led strategic initiatives in international expansion, hospital operations and the development of patient-centred services, from building global networks and collaborating with international insurers to conducting feasibility studies that support long-term growth and investment decisions.

As Chief Executive Officer she focuses on combining operational excellence with a human approach to care, in the belief that strong healthcare is built not only on infrastructure and expertise but on trust, clarity and collaboration. She is particularly interested in bridging different healthcare systems, improving patient pathways and building more connected, forward-thinking models of care.
